Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional countries in the future.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier volume.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $100 and on all active subscription orders.
Orders under $100 on a one-time purchase basis will incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Lost Or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date please contact us at Support@TryDiova.com and we will investigate immediately and make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. DIOVA Wellness is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order contact us at Support@TryDiova.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
